Paola Coscetta

Paola Coscetta was born in Aversa on 13 January 1981 and she graduated with honours in Business Administration at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

She began her professional career at the auditing firm BDO Sala Scelsi Farina, then she worked in Intesa Sanpaolo Group, first at the Group’s merchant bank, where she managed large industrial holdings, later in the Private Equity Division with a focus on the Southern Italy, dealing with scouting and finalizing investments in manufacturing and aerospace sectors. At F2i since 2008, over the years she has gained extensive experience in private equity and she has overseen many transactions in various sectors including airports, gas distribution, payment systems, renewable energy, ports, ICT and rail freight.

She has been a member of the Board of Director of EI Towers S.p.A. since 2024.
