Pasquale Straziota

Pasquale Straziota was born in Bari on 10 July 1959; he graduated in Law at “Aldo Moro” University in Bari. Between 1986 and 1990, he worked in the International Contracts Legal Department of Italtel Sit. In 1990, he joined Tamoil Group, where he held the positions of Head of Legal Department, Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs, Deputy General Manager, and Deputy General Manager Group Staff Functions Area. After a short period (1999–2000) as Head of Legal, Corporate Affairs and Security at GS/Carrefour Italia, he joined Mediaset S.p.A. in 2000 as Head of Legal Affairs. Since March 2026, he has held the position of General Counsel at MFE-Mediaforeurope NV. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fascino Produzione e Gestione Teatro S.r.l..

He has been a member of the Board of Director of EI Towers S.p.A. since September 2026.
